Questar Corp. Announces Executive Appointments

SALT LAKE CITY -- Questar Corp. (NYSE: STR) today announced the appointment of Samuel D. Brothwell as Vice President – Investor Relations and Corporate Planning, effective June 30, 2009. From 2005 until recently Brothwell served as Managing Director, Equity Research - Gas and Power for Wachovia Capital Markets. Prior to that he worked for Merrill Lynch, Moody’s Investors Services, PNM Resources and Arthur Andersen in various research, analyst, corporate planning and investor relations roles.
Questar also announced that Martin H. Craven has been appointed Vice President – Finance and Treasurer. Craven previously served as Treasurer and Director of Investor Relations.
