LOS ANGELES -- Atomic Public Relations (www.atomicpr.com), today announced it has been selected as the ongoing PR agency of record for the Los Angeles County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, the world’s largest breast cancer advocacy organization. Atomic PR will provide communications strategy, PR services in print, broadcast, and online media—plus development and event management, social media and digital video production. In addition, Atomic will be responsible for targeted fundraising efforts, building brand awareness campaigns, and the development of local events including Dine out for the Cure® on July 15th. Atomic is also charged with integrated PR support for Komen L.A. County’s annual marquee events, Fashion for the Cure® with Diane von Furstenberg presented by Smashbox Studio on September 24th and the Los Angeles affiliate’s flagship event, Race for the Cure®, March 14, 2010.
