Silverstone Produces Record Sales Despite Difficult Housing Market
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- Silverstone Communities announced today that construction of Park Broadway in Millbrae, CA is complete and the pace of sales is outstripping its competition at a rate of 3 to 1.* The 108-unit condominium community is over 50 percent sold – just 10 months after opening, in one of the most difficult economic housing markets in decades.
The San Francisco Bay Area housing market continues to improve - delivering its ninth consecutive month of year-over-year sales increases, with the number of homes sold in the Bay Area increasing by 20 percent, since June 2008. As this month marks the second consecutive month of median home price increase since 2007, Silverstone Communities is poised to continue its impressive results.
