Research and Markets: Everlast Worldwide Has Agreed New Terms for Three Existing Licensing Deals in Chile, Paraguay and the UK

DUBLIN -- Research and Markets (http://www.researchandmarkets.com/research/e0bc4e/performance_appare) has announced the addition of Textiles Intelligence's new report "Performance Apparel Markets: Business Update, 1st Quarter 2009" to their offering.
USA-based Everlast Worldwide, a manufacturer of sports apparel and equipment, has agreed new terms for existing licensing deals with three of its partners — namely Chile-based Commercial Sportex, Argentina-based Leading Brands and UK-based Wilson Imports. The deals cover Chile, Paraguay and the UK respectively. Everlast has expanded its licensing contract with Commercial Sportex to include the distribution of its boxing equipment in Chile. Commercial Sportex has been a licensee of Everlast since 1996 and currently distributes Everlast apparel, footwear, hosiery and headwear throughout Chile.
Everlast has improved its licensing contract with Leading Brands, and the latter will now become the exclusive licensee of Everlast apparel throughout Paraguay. Leading Brands has worked with Everlast since 2006 distributing Everlast goods in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
In the UK, Everlast has broadened its licensing contract with Wilson Imports to include the distribution of Everlast athletic undergarments. Wilson Imports has been a licensee of Everlast since 2005 and currently distributes Everlast apparel, footwear, hosiery and headwear within the UK.
