Local Fax Numbers Now Available in China

NORCROSS, Ga. -- EasyLink Services International Corporation (“EasyLink” or “Company”) (NasdaqCM: ESIC, www.EasyLink.com), a global provider of comprehensive messaging services and e-commerce solutions, today announced it has expanded its Desktop Messaging service to include local fax number coverage in China. This brings the number of countries it supports with local fax number coverage to 28 further expanding the company’s global footprint.

The service, now available with numbers in Beijing and Shanghai, gives companies and their employees the ability to send and receive faxes within their email. By offering this bundled solution, companies can reduce or eliminate their reliance on fax machines and fax servers helping them realize an ROI of 50% or greater. Additionally, the service expansion positions the company to support high volume inbound applications for receiving faxes that may require data extraction and conversion for integration into customer business systems.
