Bio-Clean International, Inc. Affiliate and Anpath Group, Inc. Sign Teaming Agreement

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. -- Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BCLE) announced today that its affiliated entity, American Bio-Clean Corporation (ABC), has entered into a Teaming Agreement with EnviroSystems, Inc. (ESI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anpath Group, Inc. (OTCBB: ANPG).

As recently announced by Anpath Group, with the news being picked up various trade journals including Aircraft Maintenance Technology (www.amtonline.com), an official publication of The AMT Society, American Bio-Clean will be the exclusive distributor of EnviroSystems' EnviroTru([R]) Disinfectant & Deodorizing Cleaner and EnviroTru 1453 (for aviation applications) to federal government facilities, including military customers worldwide.

John Finn, COO of American Bio Clean, stated, "EnviroTru([R]) is a multi-purpose disinfectant, sanitizer and deodorizing cleaner effective against numerous organisms, including MRSA. It is registered by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and meets requirements for Toxicity Category IV. EnviroTru([R])does not require protective clothing, gloves or special ventilation, and has passed the AMS 1452A, AMS 1453 and Boeing D6-7127 specifications for non-corrosion and materials compatibility."
