Scanner Technologies Announces Change in Principal Office

MINNEAPOLIS -- Scanner Technologies Corporation announced today that it has relocated its principal office from 14505 21st Avenue North, Suite 220, Minneapolis to 125 Main Street SE, #270, Minneapolis and that all communications relating to the Company's remaining operations will be conducted through Paul Crawford, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, at the address and phone number stated above.
The Company has negotiated arrangements with key former employees to obtain services on an as-needed basis to service customers and fill orders. Mr. Crawford said "These changes will allow us to continue to provide support to our customers and conduct business within the constraints of our limited resources."
