SONOMA, Calif. -- Of the 800-plus wine blogs on the Internet, which are the best? This is the question being answered at the third-annual American Wine Blog Awards where finalists have been determined and voting for the top wine blogs in seven categories is underway. The voting by the wine blog-reading public ends on March 4th. Voting happens at http://www.fermentation.typepad.com.

The 2009 American Wine Blog Awards are hosted by FERMENTATION: The Daily Wine Blog and are sponsored by Riedel Crystal, Mutineer Magazine and OpenWine Consortium.

INFLUENCE OF WINE BLOGS GROWS AS TRADITIONAL MEDIA STUMBLES
