TMP Worldwide Announces the Hire of Sherry Jacobson

NEW YORK -- TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications, the largest recruitment advertising agency, today announced that Sherry Jacobson has joined the company as executive vice president. Jacobson will be based in New York City and will oversee her own branch office in New York for an expanding recruitment and retention business.

Jacobson brings 30 years of experience in recruitment advertising to her new role at TMP. As a strategic industry leader she is recognized for establishing standards in employer branding, employee marketing and communications and relevant strategic solutions impacting human resources in healthcare and financial services as well as other various industries. Early on, she was instrumental in the development and leadership of a national recruitment-focused advertising agency, qualities that came into play upon her transition to TMP.
Sherry Jacobson's expertise and insight have garnered invitations to speak at numerous industry events and national conferences. She is an active member of the Association of Healthcare Human Resources Administrators (AHHRA), the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA), the Society for Human Resource Management and HR/NY. Sherry has served on the board of the Healthcare Chaplaincy and currently sits on the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation board, the Institute for Healthy Aging, The Leinhard School of Nursing Advisory Board at Pace University, and is the NY Chair for Sister-to-Sister Everyone Has a Heart Foundation.
