iPartners Launches Customer Advisory Board
Business Wire, Jan 27, 2009
Customer group will share opinion, expertise, and experience to help drive direction of iPartners insurance business analytics solution
ATLANTA -- iPartners, the leading provider of 'on demand' business analytics solutions to the property & casualty (P&C) insurance industry, today announced the launch of its Customer Advisory Board (CAB). The initial board is comprised of executive representatives from nine insurer client companies and will be instrumental in working with iPartners to influence iPartners' business analytics services and product direction. The CAB will meet annually and quarterly with the next meeting scheduled for April.
Paul Corkery, CAB member and Senior Vice President and CIO with Mercer Insurance Group commented, "We are excited to be an inaugural member of the iPartners CAB, the latest example of how iPartners lives up to its 'Partner' name. Since business analytics and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery are still relatively new concepts to many insurers, a forum like the CAB which promotes the exchange of ideas, lessons learned and best practices is a great benefit to the entire iPartners user community. In addition, the CAB provides the iPartner customer community a strong voice to provide feedback and opinion to iPartners to influence production and service direction."
Robert Lasher, iPartner Founder and CEO, noted, "We appreciate the support of our customers and the role they have played in our success. Their input and feedback has been invaluable to us and will be critical ingredients in ensuring our continued success and growth. The CAB will help guide the vision of our business analytics products and service to ensure that we continue to deliver the most innovation, comprehensive, and valuable Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings to P&C insurers."
The CAB inaugural members include: Jim Alexander, EVP and CEO, NODAK Mutual Insurance; Lauren Belfiore, Director of Operations, Rider Insurance Company; Brad Burton, VP of Underwriting, Olympus Insurance; Paul Corkery, CIO, Mercer Insurance Group; Duane Kimball, VP of Data Management, Celina Insurance Group; Barrie Parker, CTO, Pharmacists Mutual; Cheryl Radke, CFO, Colorado Farm Bureau; Joe Scollo, EVP and COO, American Safety Insurance; and Frank Vaccaro, CIO, The Republic Group.
