IPC-ASSOCIATION CONNECTING ELECTRONICS Industries has recognized the winner of this year's Best Paper in Conference award at the IPC Printed Circuits Expo 2002 held recently in Long Beach, Calif. "Embedded Passives Technology Implementation in RE Applications," authored by John Savic of Motorola Inc., received this year's award.
Co-authors included fellow Motorola employees Robert T. Croswell, Aroon Tungare, Greg Dunn, Tom Tang, Robert Lempkowski, Max Zhang and Tien Lee.
