SMART to Test Rambus

> SMART Modular Technologies Inc., Fremont, Calif., last week said it has established an independent Rambus DRAM Third-Party Validation Lab and Test service to perform independent characterization testing and validation of Rambus DRAM components. To support the services, the company said it has invested in various types of test equipment including an advanced RIMM module tester, the HP95000, impedance control measurement equipment and high-speed test handlers to support high-volume RIMM module production testing.
