Compaq Offers New Voodoo3 Cards in Presario Line

3dfx Interactive Inc. said Compaq Computer Corp. would be offering the new high-performance 3dfx Voodoo3 3500 graphics accelerator as an option in its Presario Performance line of consumer PCs. 3DFX said the 183MHz Voodoo3 3500 delivers up to 8 million triangles and 366 Megatexels per second at resolutions of up to 2,048 by 1,536 pixels.
TheVoodoo3 3500 features a 350MHz RAMDAC and TV/S-Video Out capabilities.
