InVision taps Agile collaboration - Off the Shelf - InVision Technologies and Agile Software - Brief Article

INVISION TECHNOLOGIES INC. OF NEWARK, CALIF., A MANUFACturer of explosives detection systems for airports, has gone live with the collaboration system from San Jose's Agile Software Corp. to be used in the manufacture of its Explosives Detection System. "Since the Aviation and Transportation Security Act last year mandated screening of checked baggage, our explosives detection systems are in high demand," said Don Mattson, senior VP and COO.
"We needed a software solution that could be rapidly deployed to help us work effectively with our supply-chain partners and contract manufacturers. We found Agile's solutions were the best overall technology offering for our needs."
