MIAMI-BASED ALL AMERICAN SEMICONDUCTOR INC. HAS EVE appointed Howard M. Pinsley to its board of directors, replacing Lewis B. Freeman, who resigned as a result of his recent involvement with a new business venture. Pinsley is president and CEO of Espey Manufacturing and Electronics Corp. of Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
