LTX Corp. Adds 19 Partners to Its Fusion Alliance

WESTWOOD, MASS.-BASED automated test equipment maker LTX Corp. announced last week that its Fusion Partner Program membership has increased from 11 to 30. The program is an alliance among LTX and semiconductor test services vendors for developing technologically advanced solutions for Fusion, LTX's single-platform system-on-a-chip test platform.
The new members of the Fusion Partner Program are Aetrium, Alterflex, Cascade Microtech, Dolphin Design, Everett Charles Technologies Semiconductor Test Group, Electroglas, Finley Design Services Inc., Integrated Technology Corp., JEM America Corp., LogicVision Inc., M&M Specialties Inc., Micro-Probe Inc., Microtec GmbH, Pier Electronics, Probe Technology, Simutest, Synfricity, Wentworth Laboratories, and Xandex.
