Talks between Danone and Coca-Cola Co over the future of their joint venture water business in the U.S. are continuing. Reuters reported last week that a spokesman for Coke said: "Discussions are ongoing." However, he would not comment further on details of the talks. Danone was widely rumored to be in talks to sell its 49% stake in the company to CocaCola, which holds the remaining 49%.
