Saputo Inc., the largest dairy processor in Canada, has bought the Treasure Cave and Nauvoo blue cheese brands as well as certain related assets from U.S.-based ConAgra Foods Inc., the company said. Montreal-based Saputo, which is also one of the leading cheese producers in North America, did not disclose details of the deal with ConAgra, the No.

2 U.S. food maker whose other brands include Butteball turkeys and Chef Boyardee. It said the purchased assets generate annual revenues of about $20 million and make Saputo the leader in the U.S. blue cheese retail market.
