Diageo has appointed a new chief financial officer for its North American unit. Catherine Jessup was named as the new CFO at Diageo North America, and will assume the position August 14. She succeeds Deirdre Mahlan who has been promoted to group treasurer for Diageo. Jessup joins Diageo from The Topps Company, where she has been for the past 12 years.
