Snack food maker Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo Inc., named Jaya Kumar chief marketing officer for its North America unit. It is the second senior management change in two days within PepsiCo's most profitable operating division. Kumar joined Frito-Lay last year and most recently served as group vice president of insights, innovation and shopper marketing.

PepsiCo also installed Albert "Al" Carey has president and chief executive of Frito-Lay North America. Carey succeeds Irene Rosenfeld who resigned to take the CEO post at Kraft Foods Inc.
