The Food Products Association has named Craig Henry as senior vice president of scientific and regulatory affairs and chief science officer

The Food Products Association has named Craig Henry as senior vice president of scientific and regulatory affairs and chief science officer. Henry joined FPA's staff in 2003 as vice president for food safety programs. Prior to joining the organization he was vice president of quality and food safety at Koch Foods of Mississippi.
