Food and consumer goods group Sara Lee has named Shalabh Gupta as the company's treasurer. Gupta, who has been the company's assistant treasurer for a number of years, will continue to report to Theo de Kool, Sara Lee's chief financial and administrative officer. Gupta joined Sara Lee in October 2004 as director, capital markets and pensions, and was promoted to the position of assistant treasurer in September 2005.
