Sun Valley Foods, a division of US food and agribusiness Cargill, has announced that it has acquired Canada's Caravelle Foods. The acquisition involves both Caravelle locations: one in Spruce Grove, Alberta, and the other in Brampton, Ontario, employing about 120 people. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
