International Food Products Group, Inc. announced that Ted Hamilton is joining the Board of Directors effective October 15, 2003. He has held senior management positions with Public and Private companies in the United States as well as Australia. He presently serves as a director on the board of Solgran Ltd.

Hamillton is also a director of Nev-Agri, a major international agricultural company. Nev-Agri supplies Australian beef and dairy, farming, infrastructure and fish farming technology to emerging nations.
