James Link has been named administrator of USDA's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration. Link previously was employed by Texas Christian University where he was director of the university's ranch management program. Link currently serves as a committee member for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association and director of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raiser's Association.
