Japan's Kirin Brewery Co Ltd reached an agreement to buy the Four Roses bourbon-whiskey brand from British firm Diageo Plc and Pernod Ricard SA of France. Kirin will have the right to sell the brand, which has annual sales of about 600,000 cases in Asia, Europe and North America and will also operate its distilling facilities in the U.S. by the end of December.
