G. Willi-Food International Ltd., one of Israel's leading distributors of Kosher food products, announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire 51% of an un-named New Jersey-based distributor of ethnic food products. For the past few years, the distributor to be purchased has had revenues of approximately $40 million per year through sales to major supermarket chains throughout Eastern Seaboard area.
