Wines and spirits distributor Republic Beverage Company has announced the appointment of Gary Moore as vice-president of national accounts. The appointment will see Moore assume responsibility for the company's business with on-premise multiples in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arizona and Nebraska.

Moore has worked for a number E & J Gallo, Glen Ellen Winery and Heublein. In 1995, he joined Julius Schepps Company which was acquired by Republic Beverage Company in 1997. Most recently, he was Republic's vice-president, wine and spirits national accounts division for Texas and Oklahoma.
