Pepsi-QTG Canada

Food & Drink Weekly, Feb 16, 2004

Pepsi-QTG Canada has appointed a new president. The company announced yesterday that Tom Ben6 will succeed Greg Shearson as president of the company. Shearson was recently named president of Tropicana Beverages North America as part of a realignment of PepsiCo Beverages & Foods. Formerly chief operating officer of SoBe, which Pepsi acquired in 2001, Ben6 is a 15-year Pepsi veteran with a range of experience across diverse retail channels and business disciplines.

Prior to running SoBe, Ben6 worked in several senior sales and marketing roles with Pepsi-Cola North America. Shearson, who led the Canadian business unit over the last three years--first as president of QTG Canada and then as president of the merged company, Pepsi-QTG Canada--will go on to lead PepsiCo's combined juices business unit in Chicago.
