> Coca Cola Co. named Don Knauss president of its North American operating unit to replace Jeff Dunn, who left the company in December. Knauss, who was most recently president of Coca-Cola North America's retail division, has worked for the beverage maker since 1994. In the two and a half months since Dunn's resignation, Coca-Cola President and Chief Operating Officer Steve Heyer ran the division, which covers Coke's largest market and accounts for about a third of overall sales volume.
