Factors Influencing the Attrition of Agriculture Teachers in Secondary Schools in Botswana

In Table 2, the mean ranking of all the 48 statement in the seven domains indicated that lack of allowance paid to agricultural teachers for working after hours topped the list of the statements. This was closely followed by the lack of benefits to the teachers, both in the domain of Remuneration. Attractive conditions was ranked third while large class sizes for practical agriculture came fourth, both under the domain of working conditions.
