On December 13, 1983, the Detroit Pistons defeated the Denver Nuggets 186-183 in triple-OT--the NBA's highest-scoring game.

--0 Despite Denver's 68 baskets, no Nugget finished with double figures in assists.

--2 Only two three-point shots were made in the game, in four attempts.

--3 Three starters (Rob Williams and T.R. Dunn, Denver, and Cliff Levingston, Detroit) failed to score in double figures.
