Old school: San Francisco's Pro Bowl center describes what it takes to survive in the trenches

Football Digest, Jan, 2004 by Dennis Georgatos

FD: As an offensive lineman, your work sometimes goes unnoticed, unless you make a mistake. Does that make the recognition you've received from your peers and the fans all the more gratifying?

JN: As a kid, my dreams were to win the Super Bowl and go to the Pro Bowl. I've achieved one of those goals. The Pro Bowls are definitely an honor, and it's neat for my parents and for my family, because they wanted that for me also. So I think its a neat deal.
