What about Bure?

In the story on fastest players in the February 2004 issue [Speed Demons], how did Pavel Bure not get in there? I know he's injured all the time and is on a lousy team, but at a skills competition a few years back, he was clocked at almost 40 mph. If that's not fast, I don't know what is.
