The U.S. needs to schedule some friendlies before the next round of World Cup qualifying starts in the spring. These games are too important to trust to inexperienced internationals, yet there are a lot of young stars who need to step up and replace the older players. Coach Bruce Arena needs to start putting in some fresh faces at defense and forward immediately.
