Where's Savage? - The Fans Speak Out - Brief Article

I can't believe what I just read in the article "Welcome Back" [August 2003]. The author, Keith Loria, listed 10 wrestlers he would like to see come to WWE, but he failed to mention of one of the true greats: "Macho Man" Randy Savage. I get so tired of seeing all these so-called legends like Rowdy Roddy Piper and others come back and bore me to sleep by just standing at ringside doing nothing, while a true athlete like Savage is just sitting at home in the best shape of his life. Just think of all the great matches you could have if Savage would come back. You could have a Wrestlemania V rematch with him and Hulk Hogan or Savage vs. either Test or Shawn Michaels to see once and for all who has the best elbow drop. Don't get me wrong, I am still a fan of WWE, but I can never be a true fan until the Macho Man, one of the true greats, returns to the ring.
