Getting a load off

Cruise Travel, July-August, 2005 by Eric Baxter

I become irritated while reading ship reviews by passengers on various web sites when they complain about small servings in ships' dining rooms. These passengers are apparently the types who frequent all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants. Don't they realize that onboard ship the emphasis is on quality, not quantity? Besides, if they are accustomed to gorging themselves, they can always request a second serving. (Got that off my chest!)
