New Princess Photo Options - photography services offered aboard cruise ships - Brief Article

Cruise Travel, Oct, 2001

Princess Cruises has added a number of new innovations to its sea-going photography program, including a comprehensive digital imaging system as well as cruising's first dedicated digital portrait studio, making its photo department one of the most comprehensive in the industry and giving passengers a significant number of unique options for preserving their precious cruise memories.

To facilitate these new options, most ships in the Princess fleet have introduced the environmentally friendly Canon HyperPhoto digital imaging system. This technology allows for a huge array of photo services and items, including full digital processing and printing, custom photo requests, and a complete line of specialty products. Additionally, the line's newest ship, the Golden Princess, also features the largest and most expansive photography department afloat: the innovative F/X Digital Photo Center, a state-of-the-art facility incorporating the only full-service photo studio at sea.
