New Princess cruise-tours - Cruise News - enjoy Alaska - Brief Article

Cruise Travel, Sept-Oct, 2002

Princess will offer a new series of escorted Alaska cruise-tours in 2003 that will significantly expand the company's selection of fully guided land packages. These new offerings feature the same itineraries as Princess's most popular traditional tours, with the addition of a full-time escort to accompany visitors throughout the entire land portion of the journey.

Princess's deluxe escorted tours are offered on 168 departures, with a choice of 12 different land itineraries that range from three to six days. Each one is combined with a seven-day Gulf of Alaska cruise between Vancouver and Seward featuring Glacier Bay National Park for a discovery vacation that explores both the glacier-trimmed sea and the spectacular interior of the 49th state. Passengers on every guided tour will also enjoy the famous Tundra Wildlife Search at Denali National Park and special get-acquainted and farewell dinners with their group.
