Cruise Travel, Sept-Oct, 2003 by Anthony Mangano
In the August 2003 Cruise Travel, I read the news about the Regal Empress, and I share letter-writer Harold Sherrington's sadness that this ship has fallen into debt.
In 1959, when the ship was known as Greek Line's Olympia, my wife and son and I sailed on her to Italy. Indeed she was a beautiful ship for her size at the time. I also hope she will come out of debt. Such a beautiful ship should not remain idle. We have movies and snapshots as memories.
