Cruise Travel, Sept-Oct, 2005
Whether you fancy a magical musical journey or seek to solve an onboard murder mystery, Cruises Cruises Cruises has a theme sailing for you.
Beatles fans on "Ticket To Cruise 2005" will have three days of fun including live music by the Fab Four (the "ultimate" Beatles tribute band), retro parties, costume contest, guest speakers, trivia contests, karaoke, and more. It's all aboard Royal Caribbean International's Monarch of the Seas, sailing November 18, roundtrip from San Pedro (Los Angeles), on a three-day Mexico cruise with a call in Ensenada.
Mystery buffs on "Murder On The High Seas" will be involved in a realistic who-dunnit aboard Holland America Line's Oosterdam during a seven-night Mexican Rivera cruise, roundtrip from San Diego, departing January 14, 2006. Professional mystery writers and actors will create a live, interactive onboard theater where passengers and actors mix and mingle, not knowing who is really whom. The murder plot will meticulously unravel during the week through a series of clues, taking unexpected turns along the way.
