To coincide with Renaissance Cruises' newly released consumer and travel agent "friendly" refund policies, the company announced that Access America will offer travel protection products to Renaissance Cruises' passengers who book cruise vacations under its new refund policy. The Access America travel protection programs are available through participating travel agencies around the country.
With Access America, travel agents will be able to secure for their Renaissance Cruises' clients a variety of industry-leading travel coverage, including lost baggage and delay insurance; emergency medical and dental insurance; emergency medical transportation coverage; medical assistance
services; and travel or vacation delay, travel accident, and trip cancellation and interruption protection. Access America also provides coverage for pre-existing medical conditions and vendor default. Access America, a division of World Access, is one of the nation's largest full-service providers of travel protection products.
