Cruise Travel, Nov-Dec, 2002
Celebrity Cruises will mark its fifth season of cruising in Europe next year by deploying two ships and launching its first season of exclusive cruise-tours in the region. Celebrity's new Europe cruise-tour packages feature classic destinations such as Paris and London--in addition to Mediterranean favorites, including Madrid, Seville, and Barcelona, Spain; Rome, Florence, and Siena, Italy, plus Venice and the Italian Lakes.
The land-based segments of Celebrity's cruise-tour packages are available pre- or post-cruise and include locally sourced tour directors, all transfers, flights, and train tickets (if applicable), along with breakfasts and some lunches and/or dinners. Cruise-tour packages range from 11 to 17 nights, with rates beginning at $2,210 per person/double occupancy. The cruise-tours accompany sailings on both Celebrity ships in Europe next year--Millennium and Constellation.
