Cruise Travel, Jan-Feb, 2003
Featuring four ships in Europe for 2003, Holland America Line will expand the number of Europe cruises it offers to 43 with itineraries varying from the Mediterranean and Baltic to Northern Europe and trans-Atlantic crossings. Ships include the new 1,848-passenger Oosterdam, 1,214-passenger Noordam, 794-passenger Prinsendam, and 1,316-passenger flagship Rotterdam.
Four ships cruising Europe will also result in more trans-Atlantic cruises in 2003--a total of seven featuring both north and south Atlantic routes. Six sailings range from 12 to 16 days, and the seventh is a new 33-day "collector's cruise" aboard the Rotterdam sailing roundtrip from New York to Greenland, Iceland, Scandinavia, and Russia.
Offering attractive variety, lengthy time in ports, and all-inclusive value pricing, Holland America will feature a wide selection of 10-, 12-, and 14-day Europe cruises with departures from April 28 to November 7.
