After a successful debut aboard the Golden Princess last year, Princess Cruises is currently introducing its new Lotus Spa program fleetwide--the cruise industry's first branded spa. In keeping with the theme of overall well-being, the expanded spa program features not only a variety of new treatment options, but also a more comprehensive selection of health and fitness offerings.

The unique Asian-themed spa offers an atmosphere and treatments based on ancient therapies and rituals from the Far East. The Lotus Spa program is currently in place aboard the line's largest vessels--the Grand Princess, Golden Princess, and Star Princess. The latter ship recently debuted with the largest spa facility in the fleet, featuring colorful Japanese-inspired decor. Most of Princess's remaining ships will have the Lotus Spa program in place by early spring.
