Topic: RSS FeedMore "fun" from Galveston - Cruise News - Carnival Cruise Lines' Jubilee depolyed in Galveston, TX - Brief Article
Cruise Travel, May-June, 2002
The deployment of the 1,486-passenger Jubilee to Galveston this August will not only double Carnival Cruise Lines' capacity from that port, but will also provide one of the most relaxing and affordable vacations available, with four- and five-day "Fun Ship" Mexico cruises starting at just $349 per person.
On her new route, the Jubilee will depart Galveston on Thursdays for four-day sailings to Playa del Carmen/Cozumel and on Mondays and Saturdays for five-day voyages to Cozumel and Calica/Cancun/Playa del Carmen. The Jubilee will join her sister-ship Celebration, which launched a similar four- and five-day schedule from Galveston in September 2000 as the first year-round cruise program from that port.
