A new instructional cooking video, "Signature Cuisine of the World's Leading Cruise Lines," offering easy-to-follow, step-by-step recipes and culinary tips from the cruise industry's top chefs is now available from the exclusive marketing alliance consisting of Carnival, Holland America, Windstar, Costa, Cunard, and Seabourn member lines.
The 68-minute video features chefs from each of the six WLCL brands preparing their trademark entree, appetizer, side dish, or dessert, while providing commentary describing the ingredients and presentation techniques involved in creating the culinary masterpieces. The video also contains printed recipes of each dish to allow viewers to follow along as the chefs prepare the various items.
"Signature Cuisine of the World's Leading Cruise Lines" is available in the gift shops aboard the WLCL's 43 vessels or by visiting www.signaturecuisine.com. The video is also available via on-line retailers such as amazon.com. The cost is $17.95 plus shipping and handling.
