Royal Olympia name change - Cruise News - Brief Article

Cruise Travel, May-June, 2003

Royal Olympic Cruises has changed its name to Royal Olympia Cruises. The change is the final part of the company's agreement with the International Olympic Committee. Over the last two years, the "Olympic" portions of ship and other company names have been replaced by "Olympia," most notably on the line's newest vessels: Olympia Explorer, Olympia Voyager, and Olympia Countess.

The Odysseus, Stella Solaris, Triton, and Worm Renaissance round out the fleet. Royal Olympia specializes in cruises throughout Europe--on the Baltic, Black, and Mediterranean seas--plus seasonal sailings to the Caribbean, Central and South America. For more information contact your travel agent or Royal Olympia Cruises (Cruise Travel Magazine), 805 Third Ave., New York, NY 10022; or log on to www.royal olympiacruises.com.
