The new Jeffrey's at the Watergate, an offshoot of the Austin restaurant frequented by George W. and Laura Bush when he was Texas' governor, features menu items like roasted Texas Hill Country quail stuffed with cornbread, served with mango, black-eyed peas, and corn salsa.
