The Tampa Bay Convention and Visitors Bureau has teamed up with 12 hotels and 15 attractions to provide a fun and affordable way to visit Tampa Bay, Florida. New "Getaway Packages" include admission to various attractions, a discount shopping card at International Plaza, and accommodations at such well-known chains as Holiday Inn, Howard Johnson, Hilton, Best Western, Radisson, Amerisuites, Embassy Suites, and Hyatt Regency, plus Saddlebrook Resort, and The Suites at Mainsail. Additional nights and attractions may be added.
The one-night "Real Adventure Getaway" package ($87.50 per person) includes admission to Busch Gardens. The "History Buff Getaway" ($87.50 per person) includes two nights' accommodations and admission to the Henry B. Plant Museum, Ybor City State Museum, and Florida Holocaust Museum. The two-night "Culture Craver Getaway" ($92 per person) includes visits to the Salvador Dali Museum, Tampa Museum of Art, and Florida International Museum. Tickets to the Museum of Science and Industry, Florida Aquarium, and Lowry Park Zoo are included in the two-night "Fun, Family & Value Getaway" package ($98.50 per person).
